Boutonniere
Scott Holliday (invented at Rendezvous in Central Square, Cambridge)
2 oz applejack
1 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 dash Peychaud’s bitters
1 dash orange bitters
