Invented at the B-Side Lounge (named for the 1920s British boxer)
1 1/4 oz Plymouth Gin
1 1/4 oz Pimm’s No. 1
1/3 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 dash housemade aromatic bitters
