Nice to see trade show hucksterism knows no industry bounds: the trappings of that show would be equally at home at a high tech industry show. That bottle-lighting gimmick is clever in a bad-dating-bar kind of way, a bit like a Close 'n Play kid's phonograph from the Sixties. But I have my doubts about that sake liqueur, especially when its vendor can't properly pronounce "liqueur". I'm also fairly certain that serving fried grasshoppers as a bar snack, no matter how salty, will do the opposite of improving your bottom line. Hilarious!
